Lawrence Galassi developed, designed and met our needs required in the remodeling. Larry worked countless hours to ensure the success of the project. His knowledge, sales approach, and genuine concern for our needs convinced us your company was the right choice. In my opinion Larry is a professional who represents your organization very well.

Frank Donatelio, managed the project and met all the commitments the remodeling required. He diligently returned every phone call and coordinated the various trades with precision. Frank treated our project as if it was the most important job he was managing. When you have a person such as Frank controlling the remodeling efforts, it reassures you that LaMantia was the right contractors for the job.

Finally, I would also like to thank you for all you have done for us and your tradesmen who were always kind and courteous. We sized down to a townhouse 3 years ago and had LaMantia lay hardwood floors throughout the first floor, and totally reconstructed the Master bath. Recently, we had them remodel our kitchen. We were extremely happy with LaMantia construction for our addition. Jackie and Andy were wonderful and walked us through the design and planning stage. Jackie was always available to answer my design questions throughout the building phase as well. Our Super, Frank Antonaci, was fantastic. His expectations of the workers and the quality of work was very high so we never had to worry that things would be done well. His guidance was very helpful as well. Everyone who entered the house was friendly and knowledgable, which was important since we lived here throughout the construction with three young children. We have phase 2 still to complete on our home. We would use LaMantia Design and Construction again. The people that work for them and their contractors are very respectful of us and our home.
