Our process is designed in a way to not only keep the project on track, but to keep the client involved and informed. After all, your the boss and we work for you.

1. Initial Consultation

Meet with our Design Consultant at your home to discuss your desires. A job reference list will be provided and you may feel free to contact anyone on the list. There is no cost to you for this service.

2. Planning & Design

Your ideas will be transformed to sketches, interior and exterior renderings and floor plans. An appointment will be set up to visit our Showroom and Design Center to view the displays and see the various products available. At this time, you will want to establish a budget to work with.

3. Financial Options

We have contacts at several banks that will assist you if needed. They will explain the different options available and offer you the lowest interest rates.

4. Blueprint Approval

When you visit our 8,000 square foot Showroom and Design Center to select your materials, your blueprints will be reviewed together with your consultant for your approval.

5. Permit Processing

The entire process will be handled by LaMantia.

6. Ordering and Scheduling

Before construction starts, materials are ordered and everything is scheduled by the construction Superintendent.

7. Supervising Construction

You will be assigned a Construction Superintendent to manage your project. He will keep you posted regarding the schedule and any other issues that may arise.

8. Construction Guarantee

9. Walk-through

At the conclusion of your project, we will have all inspections done and a thorough cleaning will be provided. Your Construction Superintendent will walk through with you to ensure complete satisfaction.
