1. Who will design our project?

LaMantia’s architects & designers will design your entire project, for your approval.

2. Can we see some of your finished projects?

LaMantia Design and Construction will furnish a list of completed projects, that you can see or call past customers and ask them how they liked working with us.

3. How long will our project take to build?

It depends on the size of the job. We will create a job schedule and a guaranteed completion date.

4. Where can we get financing?

We work with several lenders. We can assist you to obtain the lowest interest rate.

5. Where do we select our materials?

You can select materials at our showroom. We have designers on staff to assist you with all selections, including cabinet designs and styles.

6. Do we need a building permit?

LaMantia Design and Construction will obtain all necessary permits.

7. Is there a guarantee?

Yes there is. Every LaMantia Design and Construction home addition and renovation is backed by a 5 year labor and materials guarantee. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone.

8. Is there a superintendent assigned to my project?

Yes there is. You will be informed of a daily schedule and progress of work. The superintendent will make sure that all the work is done to the highest quality. All debris is removed regularly and the job is kept clean. We furnish an outside Porta-Potty for workers to use. Upon completion of the job, the superintendent will go over all completed work with the owner.
